How to Raise a Complaint with Nomerecopyright Concrete
Last updated: October 2026
Nomerecopyright Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went off course, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Nomerecopyright Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a contractor we connected you with
When the Problem Involves a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If something is wrong with work at your home, begin by speaking with the contractor directly, and keep a written record of what is said.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Nomerecopyright Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a contractor or act on a contractor's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@nomerecopyright.help and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help when the contractor is licensed.
